Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During festive seasons or sale events, processing may take slightly longer, but we make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Time & Coverage

We ship across India through reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are:
 * Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
 * Rest of India: 3 to 7 business days
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, festive peak loads, or unexpected logistics issues.

3. Shipping Charges

 * Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
 * Cash on Delivery (COD): Available. COD charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your full delivery address and mobile number are correct when placing an order. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or if the customer is unreachable after multiple delivery attempts, re-shipping fees may apply.
